We conduct comprehensive pre-commercial tests with new berry varieties and evaluate productivity, pest and disease resistance, durability, and taste to ensure that the materials meet the stringent criteria that are essential for producers and traders.

Breeding Program

Berryplant has been supporting the fruit sector for years, particularly raspberries and blackberries, by distributing some of the most valuable varieties. The raspberry varieties Amira and Regina were the first significant results of this project. To solidify our commitment in this direction, Berrytech srl was established in 2019, dedicated exclusively to the selection, protection, and dissemination of current and future varieties propagated and marketed by Berryplant or other authorized nurseries.
